for sale
Clause 1 - Purpose
The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Crochet by LESUR in the context of the sale of fashion accessories.
These products are sold new. They are reserved for individuals, hereinafter referred to as “customers”.
Any order placed by the customer on the CrochetByLESUR.com website implies the prior and unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the latter, to the exclusion of any other document in contradiction with these GTC.
Clause 2 - Price
The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are denominated in euros and calculated excluding taxes. Consequently, they will be increased by the rate of transport costs applicable on the day the order is placed.
The company Crochet by LESUR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of Crochet by LESUR. They will be the responsibility of the customer and are his/her entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations of his/her country.
The products remain the property of Crochet by LESUR until full payment of the price.
Clause 3 - Payment methods
The customer has several payment methods. By credit card or by any other payment system offered at the time of online payment.
Clause 4 - Orders
Orders are placed on https://www.crochetbylesur.com
The company Crochet by LESUR reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of a difficulty concerning the order received.
Please note that putting a product in the basket does not ensure any reservation on this product until payment for this product has been made.
Any order appearing on Crochet by LESUR implies adherence to these General Conditions without exception or reservation. All data provided and the confirmation recorded will constitute proof of the transaction.
This is an order with payment obligation, which means that placing an order implies immediate payment by the customer.
The sale will only be considered final after the written confirmation of the order has been sent to the customer by email and after receipt of the full price.
Clause 5 - Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty, with the exception of return costs.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete no later than 14 days following the communication of his decision to withdraw. In this context, the customer is liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to create a failure of the right of withdrawal.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must formulate his wish to withdraw unequivocally by sending an email to the following address: Crochetbylesur@gmail.com. The costs related to the reshipment of the product concerned are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised and subject to the compliant return of the product, Crochet by LESUR will reimburse the sums paid to the customer, within 14 days following receipt of the order and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
Despite the care taken when preparing orders, an item may arrive damaged. The customer will therefore have 24 hours to notify Crochet by LESUR by email after receipt of the item and request an exchange or refund. After this period, Crochet by LESUR cannot be held responsible for the defective item and/or make a refund.
Clause 6 - Availability
The items on the site https://www.crochetbylesur.com are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks. Clause 7 - Delivery
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the items ordered and the carrier chosen.
The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process, within 20 working days.
This period may vary during promotional offers or holiday periods without this being detrimental to Crochet by LESUR. During holidays, the shipping date will be indicated to the customer when placing their order.
In the event of a delay in delivery by the carrier (depending on the one chosen by the customer), the customer will not be able to request compensation from Crochet by LESUR.
Similarly, in the event of an anomaly upon receipt (damaged or opened package, package not received, empty package, etc.), the customer must file a complaint with the carrier and inform Crochet by LESUR within 2 days of receiving the order. Crochet by LESUR will not be held responsible in the event of delivery problems.
